Boarding

Your pet is a welcome guest at Animal Medical Clinic! While you're away, let your pet stay in our spacious, comfortable boarding facility. We provide a safe, welcoming environment for your dog or cat. All boarding guests receive frequent walks and playtime, as well as plenty of attention from our caring staff members.

We feed all boarding guests Purina EN food. However, if your pet has special dietary needs, you may bring in a small supply of your pet's food from home. All boarding guests must be up to date on their vaccinations. If your pet is not up to date on his or her vaccinations, we can vaccinate your pet at an additional charge.

Our boarding area fills up fast, especially around holidays. Because of this, we ask that you please make a reservation for your pet's stay with us. Please call us at 256-837-9700 for pricing and reservation information. Drop-off and pick-up hours for the kennel are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Grooming

A grooming session at Animal Medical Clinic can leave your pet looking and feeling great. Our experienced groomer can cut and style your dog or cat's coat according to breed standards or based on the latest pet styles. A typical grooming session includes a bath, nail trim, coat trim, ear cleaning and styling and anal gland expression. We recommend monthly preventive treatments for pets experiencing problems with fleas. Animal Medical Clinic also offers Capstar treatments, which begins working within 30 minutes and kills fleas within 4 hours. Grooming sessions are held Monday through Thursday, by appointment only.
