Upon your arrival, our receptionists will greet you and help get you and your pets check in. You may be asked to fill out a New Client Form if you or your furry friend are coming to us for the first time. You can fill out the forms on our website in advanced to save some time. If this is your first time with us, please bring any medical records you have on your pet and arrive 10 to 15 minutes early so we can get your pet's medical records set up.

Once your new client information is complete, you will be escorted to an examination room, where the technical staff will greet you. Your pet will be weighed, and the technical staff will ask questions about your pet's health and the reason for your visit. The veterinarian will perform a thorough examination.

The veterinarian will also review your pet's history and discuss necessary tests, vaccinations, medications, and other important health needs. If tests are required, samples will be collected and either performed in-house or sent to a professional laboratory. If tests are sent to an outside lab, you will be called by the veterinarian as soon as test results are available. If medications are necessary, they may be filled in our convenient in-house pharmacy, or ordered through our online pharmacy.
